Vacuum Forming

We have Vacuum Forming equipment that is ideal for simple parts that have no 'B' surface detail. Tooling is quick and production rates are fast. The main benefit is the use of durable production materials such a ABS or Polypropylene - we can make parts up to 6mm thick dependant on geometry.

This process can also be used as a two stage overmould process if necessary where the requirement is for some fixings on the back - parts are formed and then placed in an additional tool for overmoulding onto the rear.
