HP Jet Fusion Technology - 3D Printing:

The New HP Jet Fusion technology now gives our customers the option to not only have fully functional production intent prototypes but also a real alternative to Low Volume manufacture without the need for Injection Tooling. Parts can be made in Nylon, Glass Filled Nylon and PP.  The process is also ideal for medical devise components etc - ask our team for the biocompatibility statements for each material.

Typical Application:

2000 off grommets in Nylon for Low Volume Application required in 1 week  - Build prepared on machine and built within 12 hours + 12 hours cool down time. Parts then post cleaned up using our Dyemansion Powershot C machine and delivered within 3 days. All done without the need for injection tooling.
