The Brief
Our client required 250 off Full prototype Bumper assemblies in production intent materials for 1st phase VB build - pained, assembled using correct welding process with all fixtures and fitting added, boxed and delivered.

Leadtime required:

10 weeks for fist 30 sample sets.

The Solution
Mild Steel tooling manufactured incorporating loose cores that eject with part to create any undercut conditions - this method of manufacture meant that process lead-time for tool manufacture could be dramatically reduced to hit the deadline.
