The Brief
Our client required full front and rear bumper systems and almost complete interior prototype parts - made from both PU and Rapid Injection Moulding.
Leadtime:
10 weeks from receipt of order.
The Solution
Mild Steel tooling manufactured incorporating loose cores that eject with part to create any undercut conditions for the interior parts and PU parts from silicone tooling for the exterior bumper parts.
The Benefits
Customer supplied with parts that could be used for early build evaluation (VB Builds), fit and function trials, post assembly equipment development amongst many other uses.
