Show Car Bumpers

The Brief

Our Client needs a 1 off show Car Bumper for Auto Car Show.

Leadtime required:

2 weeks from project start to finish.

The Solution
Bumper skin machined ABS  - parts made in section then chemically welded together and fully hand finished / painted in production colour. All rear parts made from 3D printed SLS and HP Fusion process.

The Benefits
Rapid turnaround of assembly for last minute show with parts that also allow car to be used in photo shoot for marketing purposes - ABS and SLS parts are very resilient unlike SLA models previously used in the past - useful when car need to be shipped around the world from show to show.
