The Solution
Master model made from 3D printing for Fit and Function Trials, RIM silicone tool made to produce 40 off parts, High Temperature Polyurethane Parts made and then paint finish added + Logo.

The Benefits
Master model made to test fit and function to check no errors before any tooling initiated. Cost effective tooling method employed as only a small quantity required - PU parts made in a High Temperature material capable of an under bonnet application.
